The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 依然典型的热内风格，恶趣味的狂想曲，这次是密室型话唠片。从模仿人类情感、掌握幽默到突破人与机器的界限，反客为主，逼人类出演《直立搞笑猿人》，可最终还是因为对人类的“全面模仿”导致自己的灭绝，十分具有讽刺性。不过未来倒真的可能是人工智能和极右翼人类一起竞争领导权。

把人性放在极端条件下“不舍得自己的车”“没有能力找借口”“有点压力就立马叛变”
二战谍战剧为什么跟国内抗日神剧一样搞个占比大的感情戏，让整个剧本末倒置，一点都没有二战关键战役前的紧张感，压迫感。
