A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.
Flodders (1986) is available on DVD in Germany in a dubbed German version in Dolby Digital 5.1. under the name:

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.
亚瑟王的故事向来是电影改编的重灾区，亚瑟王和梅林，包括他的圆桌骑士一直是哪里需要去哪里，正儿八经讲亚瑟王的并不多。这部电影看似是在讲一个骑士的冒险故事，其实是一个男孩的成长历程，美中不足的是隐喻太多导致很多东西让人看得不明所以。
调色深得我心，剧情也比较简单。又是我喜欢中世纪题材，没什么可挑刺的地方。
抄袭中国古代“黄粱一梦”、“南柯一梦”等等
红是欲望 而绿 是欲望之后的东西
看到Skywalker工作室的名字笑了，近期又一部音乐和音效主导叙事的惊喜；视觉奇观太少，荒原的骑行全景被浪费；字体花里胡哨的章节体出戏但是仿佛拥有intermezzo music，事实上每一处高潮戏份的起承转合皆由浓墨重彩的音效烘托，快速剪辑的绿衣骑士初次登场段落比结尾的幻想蒙太奇震撼数倍！可惜中段实在没有什么记忆点
一星半，原来这就是骑士精神，当今社会大部分男的都缺这玩意儿。光影配乐没话说，节奏慢很正常，就是故事略长。
确实理想，但又有一些教育意义。
对亚瑟王故事不了解的话极其劝退……画面倒是诡异唯美，但是剧情真的2倍速都不快……男主除了开头比较莽之外，后来一怂到底看着也很没意思……难得树人还觉得他有骑士精神，不过就是被吓傻了

3.5 四分给这是自从covid以后来影院看的第一部片子.... 大晚上夜场看的，节奏也确实慢着实有点烧脑 so beautiful but so wired not sure if it’s worth it
在中国不会有市场的片子，东方人对圆桌骑士不感兴趣。这内容和思想不能用电影表达，谁会去电影院静悄悄看一个没有故事全是教诲的东西呢？画面很美，光运用到了精致，但这是电影更需要台词和悬念。很强烈很深刻的印象是国王的王冠总让我觉得他是个草头班子，金属片子，造型丑陋，貌似不小心会戳了身边人会蹭破头，视觉非常难以忍受！不推荐！
这几天刚好在看奇幻故事集 中世纪关于欲望魔法传说巫师的原素配上苏格兰的高山绿地 确实是视觉享受 摄影配乐很加分 调调非常A24 片子肯定refrence了麦克白 帐篷里的戏份简直一摸一样 很多剪辑和叙事方式的选择很大胆 我也觉得可以再大胆一点哈哈哈 很多元素的不解释确实继承了中世纪传说的随意性，居然有种海明威的味道。 ps男主真适合演这种假装勇士的懦夫。
摄影、美术不错，故事太幼稚了吧，无聊的骑士成长记
这并不是说它是我今年看过的最糟糕的电影，但它是最无意义的电影之一。大卫洛维这次节奏慢得惊人，几乎可以说是毫无乐趣可言。不要看这部电影，除非你只喜欢枯燥的艺术电影风格，而可以忽略缺乏到顶点令人信服的情节。近年来最无意义、最令人不快的电影之一，有再好的艺术水准都不行。
如果你不是特别喜欢中世纪奇幻风的自然风光 就可能会看不完吧
但是这个打光是怎么回事？？为了确保中世纪环境的真实没错，全程黑不啦叽的看个p啊，是演员演技不过关么？我不知道当时中世纪的人们会不会抑郁，我是抑郁了
年轻的高文，不要当骑士，也无需变伟大。人面对被斩首的命运走上前走，哪怕不接受最后的迎头一击也无可非议，但永远不要被一条不可破的绳索捆绑，顶着不存在的头颅过一世。太爱太爱，不出意外会是我的年度最爱，这正是传说在我梦中的模样。在最后的最后，绿色会覆盖一切。
今年看過的畫面最美、配樂最美、鏡頭最美的電影， 沒有之一。
7.0 / 由于对亚瑟王的故事不熟悉导致对这部电影很多故事情节和隐喻看得一知半解，不过光影和构图还是太迷人了。从《鬼魅浮生》到《绿衣骑士》，我依然对大卫 · 洛维有着很高期待。
服化道可以。但是讲成了一个终其一生不上道的妈宝男故事……
