The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 辛柏青的表演一如既往地稳定，不输日版的竹中直人。而五个少年让我迷惑了：他们是为谁而表演呢？
老板请客包场看电影🎬！本以为是主旋律电影，没想到真的好看！谁不曾少年，大多数人都是普通人，然而曾为了一道光执着已经是生之意义，正如朝生暮死的彩蝶，宇宙的刹那而已，却为了绽放使出所有的生命力。永远为这样的生命热泪盈眶。
所以辛柏青和辛云来现实中真的是父子关系吗？哈哈哈。这部片子作为翻拍的励志片拍得还可以。
很阳光的青春运动片，释放了让人讨不起厌的青春美好，无论是活力体魄，还是咧嘴一傻笑
3.5完全超出预期。没用明星真的让电影非常清爽。
因为并没有带着特别大的期待，反而是意外的惊喜。
真不错，比预期好很多。当然只是在青春片里做比较哈。真是自然清新不做作，最棒的是选角，五个少年都很自然，这但凡要是用一个流量的话就绝对不是这个样子。

最主要的是ost居然全部都是原创，而且ost有一首一听就是乐队唱的🎸
看的热血沸腾，剧情流畅有笑点也有泪点。有几个镜头拍的太漂亮了就冲这个五星
清爽可爱，五个扑水少年选角挺好（高飞好帅🙈）。
五个少年有青春的样子，灿烂的微笑、懵懂的感情、涌动的激情、闪光的岁月应应当要去做一件有意义的事。
很安全的项目，算是合格的青春片，戏剧真实处理的蛮好，但我实在不是目标观众，从票房来看目标观众收的也一般，就国产运动类型片来说主题和价值输出找的还是太泛泛了，没点家国情怀群体反抗的纯运动题材本身就与观众连接感弱，他们赢不赢其实都不痛不痒，就喜剧目标群体来说，喜剧做的又太轻。
哪怕有亿万分之一 ，也往前冲，
虽然总有着一股油腻感，以及一贯的输出靠吼的情感表达方式来弥补表演和剧本的功力不足，但我终于在国产青春片里感受到了年轻和热血
（青春又健气，阳光又美好，夏日的电影院和它会更配吧～）
有些意外，起初并不看好这部电影，也没有过多留意，毕竟国产翻拍片是一大雷区，而青春片又是一大雷区。集两大雷区为一体，自己也不想挑战一下。
既然都组男子花游队了，就别多嘴强调「女生柔美，男生阳刚」，这句一出，直接让人放弃幻想，这故事完全不可能在这地儿发生。不过，看到一群少年为了一件事，莽莽撞撞地努力，还是很开心。
啊~ 真是纯净怡人~沁人心脾啊~ 如春风拂面，如夏日凉风，如秋果多汁，如冬日暖阳~~ 运动+青春+励志+美少年，太会了吧~导演你究竟去哪里找了这么多可爱帅气萌萌哒还会演戏的nobody啊！PS.最近自己在练习游泳，因此大概能想象到演员们一定付出了很多很多努力！
